This is the 6th consecutive month where DGCA has ranked GoAir on top of the OTP chart.
GoAir has once again recorded the best On-Time Performance (OTP) at 86.3% as per the latest report of February month released by the Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). From various research studies it is evident that achieving better customer satisfaction is about more than airfare and flight availability. When considering an airline, travelers look for timeliness and assurance and on-time arrival is one of the major elements.
GoAir is pleased to offer a reliable travel service wherein we assure travelers to get them to their destination in a timely manner while taking into consideration factors that are not necessarily in the control of the airline like airport congestion, taxi times from the runways, gate availability etc. as these are in the domain of air traffic control or the airport authority.
Besides, the DGCA report also states that GoAir had the 2nd highest load factor of 92.6% indicating the number of seats filled. All these ratios would mean nothing unless we don’t have the cleanest aircraft and reliable aircraft, along with no compromise on quality of service and more importantly, every crew member has a smile on the chin.

GoAir operates over 240 daily flights and carried around 10.88 lakh passengers during the February month.
