Tribeca and Logix Group have announced a partnership to develop multiple mixed-use projects in Noida. The first project will be a 0.5 Mn sq. ft. mixed-use development consisting of luxury retail, branded serviced apartments and Grade A office spaces,located in sector 32, Noida. Anarock Capital was the exclusive advisor to this collaboration.
The project is adjacent to one of Noida’s most successful retail destinations – Logix City Centre. The land is owned by Logix and Tribeca shall lead the development of the project.
This is Tribeca’s second major project tie-up in 2019 after a 1 Mn sq. ft. residential project in Gurgaon funded by HDFC Capital. Recently, Tribeca and HDFC Capital announced INR 500 Cr platform to develop premium mid-income housing projects. Tribeca expects to double its development pipeline in FY’20.
