Tata AIA Life is Aon Best Employer India 2018 for the third consecutive year

Tata AIA Life is one of India’s Best Employers in 2018 as per a study conducted by Aon, a global research consultancy. The Aon Global Best Employers program globally stands for the accomplishments of organizations, who succeed at adapting the best practices and philosophies needed to perfect their workplace environment.

The Aon Best Employers program is the one of the most comprehensive studies of its kind in Asia Pacific. Launched in 2001, the study aims to get insights into companies that are creating real competitive advantage through their people and explore what makes a company a workplace of choice as a Best Employer. About 125 companies from 10 industries representing almost 329,000 employees were scrutinized as part of the Aon’s Best Employers India 2018 study. The study methodology involved a rigorous process, conducted over a nine-month period that culminated in the list of Best Employers decided by an external panel of independent jury.
