Bengaluru, October 2017: Starworth Infrastructure and Construction Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Puravankara Group recently won a contract to build state of the art mega residential township project ‘Polestar’ in Bengaluru for Ozone Group. The construction work for the project has commenced from September 21, 2017.

Starworth Infrastructure and Construction Limited (SICL) competitively bid for the “Polestar” project before being awarded the contract. Raj Pillai, Managing Director of Starworth Infrastructure and Construction Limited, expressing confidence about the new partnership said, “Since our inception in the year 2001 we have always been committed to quality and timely delivery of all projects undertaken by SICL. Ozone Polestar consists of 2 BHK and 3 BHK luxury boutique apartments with a total built up area of 1,98,000 sft. The state of the art residential development has been designed by Bangalore based KGD Architects with the project being located inside the world class Manyata Tech Park, off Outer Ring Road, Hebbal – Bangalore.
