Great Place to Work® Institute is a global research, consulting and training firm that helps organisations identify, create and sustain great workplaces through the development of high-trust workplace cultures. The Great Place to Work® Institute has a very rigorous selection procedure. It measures the quality of employee experience through its employee feedback survey, Trust Index©, and the quality of people practices of an organization, through its proprietary tool, Culture Audit©. The cumulative score of the two determines an organization’s inclusion in India’s Best Workplaces: IT & IT-BPM List 2018.
