HT Media Ltd. has invested USD$ 3.6 million (INR 25.5 Crore) in Indian Digital Education Startup Digiperform, which already has it’s operations in 14 States in India. The company will use the funds to build brand awareness and marketing in India and accelerate growth.
Incorporated as Digital Performance Media Pvt. Ltd, the education startup offers curriculum and training to create skilled manpower to support India’s Booming digital economy, which is expected to become $1 Trillion by 2015 as per joint report of Govt. of India & McKinsey.
Headquartered in New Delhi, Digiperform has 36 training delivery centres in 14 states across India and about 10 new centres in the pipeline. Launched in 2014, Digiperform offers Short Term Skill Training Courses for Job Seekers, Working Professionals and Business owners for building Digital Skills.

HT Media’s publications include English newspapers Hindustan Times and Mint, and Hindi daily Hindustan. It also owns digital properties and runs FM radio channels.
The Delhi-based organization was established in the year 2014 by domain experts – Manu Jolly, a serial entrepreneur, and Vaibhav Vats, a digital marketing savant. Digiperform works on a hybrid training model that is a seamless blend of classroom, online and virtual systems of learning. It has a wide array of over 50 Digital Marketing training programs, designed for 10 different job industries.
